*Our Christmas*

Did you have a memorable Christmas this year? My family did...except for the fact that the kids and I are sick. (Think LOTS of sneezing, tissues, stuffy heads, headaches, droopy eyes, ear infections...)
As tradition goes, we visited my parents' home where my siblings and their little ones all meet for dinner and present-opening. We always have the funnest time together!

Below is the best family picture we could get. Perhaps the Angel of the Lord came upon Grayson??
{Here we are last year - Christmas 2011. Sutton was just 4 MONTHS OLD.}
And now she's 16 months!! She looked so precious in her little red dress.
I just love this picture of Sutton with her daddy. She loves it when he holds her, and always walks up to him and lifts up her arms.
We started the day at home, where the kids opened presents from Santa.

(After Joey and I staged the ball "thing," we looked at each other and said, "We should've bought more balls." Don't they look so sad??)
In any event, the kids climbed right in and opened all of their presents from in there - ha ha!
Grayson enjoyed opening ALL the presents - even Sutton's.

She was too busy puzzling herself over things like this:
Because of the snow here in Oklahoma City, we couldn't make the 30 minute drive out to also spend Christmas with Joey's parents. :( We plan to get together on Sunday.
Penny Lane and Lucy didn't care too much for the snow when they took their potty breaks.
Now it's time for me to take some Benedryl and pass out. I hope to sleep as good as Lucy is!
I leave you with this thought by my pastor...

"Christmas isn't about what's under the tree. It's about the One who came to hang on a tree."-Mark Crow, Victory Church in Oklahoma City.
