Super Quote Sunday - "Moving Forward"

If you were driving down the road without ever looking in front of you, what would happen?

Obviously, you'd crash into something or someone, and the consequences would most likely be devastating.

I think the same applies to the way we live our lives.

If we only look at what's behind us, we're headed down a self-destructive path. Plus, it causes us to miss the beautiful little things that are presently happening.

Today's quote illuminates this perfectly.

"Look at life through the windshield, not the rear-view mirror."
~ Byrd Baggett

Keep your metaphoric windshield clean, hands at 10 and 2 and foot on the gas pedal. In other words, stop holding yourself back by dwelling on past experiences that hold no place in your life now.

It's all dust in the wind.

Thought For the Day: Is there something you can't let go of that truly hinders your ability to move on? Moving on can be one of life's biggest challenges. But it takes us to better destinations in the long run.
